Kris Franklin

I've been teaching law since 1996, and have been in ASP at NYLS since 2002. I teach a wide array of ASP, doctrinal and experiential courses, and firmly believe that each one makes my work in the others just a little bit stronger. I've presented and written fairly extensively about legal pedagogy, judicial interpretation, and LGBTQ law, and have two books informed by ASP work (another in negotiation and client counseling). There are few things I enjoy more than collaborating on writing/speaking/teaching with colleagues. I was a core founder of AASE, and established and organize the annual NY Academic Support Workshop.
